Transaction History tab for Part Numbers

Use this tab to view all transactions and documents created for the selected part number or any associated item ID.

Double-click on any row to view the details of the transaction or document.

Fields on this tab include:

Item ID

Displays the Item ID for transactions, inventory adjustments, inventory receipts, inventory returns, transfers, transfer receipts, lost in transit, and counts.

No item ID is required for requisitions, purchase orders or purchase requisitions, or transfer requests as these documents are created for part numbers.

Stocking Point

Displays the stocking point where transaction took place or the document was created.

Date

Displays the date of the transaction or document.

Entity ID

Displays the name of the personnel, non-stocking location, or stocking location as the entity, requestor, or destination on the transaction or document.

Transaction No

Displays the transaction or document number identifier.

Transaction Type

Displays the transaction or document type. This includes transfers, inventory adjustments, transfers, transfer requests, transfer receipts, lost in transit, purchase requisitions and purchase orders, inventory receipts and returns, counts, and all transactions that affect the QOH.

Status

Displays the status of the transaction or document.

Qty

Displays the quantity appearing on the transaction or document.

Due Date

Displays the due date for the checked out items. The due date can be entered manually on the issue transaction or calculated based on the transaction date and the Max Days Out specified for the part number.
