About the Reports Toolbar

The Reports toolbar options are listed below.

Run Report. Select a report then click this option to configure the Filters, Advance Filters, and Email tabs before selecting an output. Hotkey = ALT+P

Double-click a report as a shortcut to run a report.

Toggle Favorite. Select a report then click this option to add the report to the Favorites folder on the Reports page or remove an already favorited report from the Favorites folder. Hotkey = ALT+P

Duplicate Report. Select a report then click this option to create a copy of an existing system or previously duplicated report. Duplicated reports can be customized by adding or removing fields, and changing the column layout. Hotkey = ALT+C

Create Report. Click this option to create a new report based on an existing system report template. Hotkey = ALT+N

Edit or Modify Report. Select a report then click this option to edit a duplicated report Standard system reports cannot be edited. Hotkey = ALT+M

Delete. Select a report then click this option to delete a duplicated report. Standard system reports cannot be deleted. Hotkey = ALT+X
