Deleting a Report

Only a duplicated or customized report, indicated by or , can be deleted. Standard ToolHound system reports, indicated by , cannot be deleted.

If you have created a customized report and want users to run that report exclusively instead of the standard ToolHound system report, remove the Visible flag from the report name on the Reports tab for the user Role. The standard report will no longer be available for the users with that role.

To delete a customized report,

  1. Ensure the report is not scheduled.
    1. Click Reporting > Scheduled Reports and look for the report.
    2. If the report is scheduled, delete the schedule by clicking on the quick access toolbar.
  2. Click Reporting > Reports.
  3. Navigate to the report by expanding the menu appropriate menu group then select the report name.
  4. Click on the quick access toolbar.
