Adding Links for Roles

  1. Click Utilities on the left side menu bar and click Links.
  2. Click to add a new record.
  3. Type the Description for the link.
  4. Type the fully qualified Link address including http:// or https:// at the beginning.
  5. Optionally enter a number to set the display Order for this record to appear in the Links panel.
  6. Click to add a row to the Role grid and select a role from the list. Repeat for each additional role to assign this link.
  7. Click to save the record.​​

Link Descriptions must be unique in the database across both personal links and links by role. Link URLs can be repeated with a different description.
