This step applies to all ToolHound implementations.

  1. Log in to your ToolHound account.
  2. Review the Settings for the system.
  • The Company tab includes identifying and contact information as well as a logo to appear on report headers.
  • The Options tab includes the currency and required frequency to change passwords.
  • The Authentication tab is displayed when
    • SSO (Single Sign On) is available. Single Sign On is available for all Cloud accounts. On Premise accounts must configure SSO independently.
    • Two Factor Authentication (2FA) is available. Two Factor Authentication is available for all Cloud accounts. On Premise accounts must configure 2FA.
  • The Email tab is pre-configured for Cloud subscribers. For On Premise systems, enter the SMTP parameters to enable emailing of reports and other information from within ToolHound.
  • The Home Message tab allow the entry of information to display to all users in the Message panel on the Home page. This fully supports HTML and can contain formatted text or hyperlinks.
