View the current license status along with the details of number of licensed users, stocking points, add-on modules, and when your license expires.
This page is also used to apply your license file for subscription renewals or new installations for On Premise systems.
Fields on this tab include:
Registered To: | Displays the name of the organization that has registered the software. |
Company Alias | Displays the alias used for logging in to ToolHound. If you need to change the company alias, contact Support. |
Software Version | Displays the current version of the ToolHound software installed. |
Registration Date | Displays the date the ToolHound database or account was created. |
System Expiry Date | Displays the expiry date of the software for subscriptions. Access to the ToolHound browser and TH6 Mobile ends after this date. There is a 14 day grace period for subscription renewals. |
Licensed Locations | Displays the number of stocking locations licensed. This is the total number of allowed stocking points, warehouses, remote tool cribs, tool cribs, or tool trailers that own and issue inventory that can be active at any time. For information on increasing the number of licensed stocking locations, contact your account manager. |
Licensed Users | Displays the number of named users (individual user logins) licensed. This is the total number of allowed users who can access the browser and the Mobile app. User logins with access only to the Mobile app are unlimited. Note that the Mobile app has fewer menu options. For information on increasing the number of licensed named users, contact your account manager. |
Licensed Parts | Displays the number of inventory part numbers licensed. Always unlimited. |
Licensed Serialized Items | Displays the number of unique serialized items (unique tools and equipment) licensed. Always unlimited. |
Licensed Personnel | Displays the number of personnel (employees) licensed. Always unlimited. |
Licensed Employers | Displays the number of employers (your company and any third party contractors) licensed. Always unlimited. |
Service | If checked, the Service module is licensed and available. Also known as Maintenance. |
Purchasing | If checked, the Purchasing module is licensed and available. Also known as Replenishment. |
Transaction Rental | If checked, the Transaction Rental module is licensed and available to charge rent piggybacking on transactions. Previously known as External Rental. |
Transfer Rental | If checked, the Transfer Rental module is licensed and available to charge rent piggybacking on transfers of inventory to different stocking locations. Previously known as Internal Rental. |
