Change My Password

If you are already logged in to ToolHound, you can change your password by clicking on your username at the top right of the page and selecting Change Password.

You can reset or change your password on the Login page of the browser or TH6 Mobile if your email address is entered on your user record and your ToolHound installation is configured to sent automatic emails. Click Forgot Password? and follow the instructions.

If you don't receive the Reset Password email, first check your Junk folder. If you can't find the email, contact the ToolHound administrator for your organization.

For ToolHound Cloud subscribers, configuration for automatic sending of emails is already done by ToolHound.
Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters. Passwords are case sensitive and must include both an upper and lower case character, a number, and a special character.
