This is your starting point to drive the ROI on your ToolHound 6 subscription. Our Support team will assist you to arrive at a successful Go Live by providing you with a sequence of steps tailored to your organization.

  1. Schedule your Onboarding Call with a member of our Support team. This is essential to your successful implementation of ToolHound. The three keys of successful software implementation are planning, data migration, and user training.
  2. View the introductory video playlist at the ToolHound Learning Center.
  3. Confirm your label order or receipt of the order. For any questions, contact your account manager.
  4. Hardware review. While Android or iOS phones or tablets can be used, you will see optimal performance from ruggedized mobile barcode scanning devices. For any questions, contact your account manager.
  5. Review your resources available for setup within your organization. This includes both people and any data you already have or leverage from legacy or ERP systems.
  6. For On Premise systems, work with your IT contacts for provisioning resources and scheduling the installation of ToolHound. They can get a jump-start on this by viewing Getting Started - Installing ToolHound On-Premise.
