About Passkeys

Updated by Cheryl Wallace

Passkeys is used to both add and remove passkeys for the currently logged in user. A passkey is an alternate authentication to a password or SSO for your user login. The passkey can be saved in your browser's password manager, on a physical security key, or on a separate iOS or Android device. Access the page once logged in to the browser by clicking the name of the currently logged in user at the top right of the page.

For any questions about or problems with adding or removing a passkey, contact your internal IT department as this can involve internal policies in your organization.
Passkeys are automatically available for Cloud subscribers. For On Premise subscribers, the use of passkeys must be configured by your IT personnel.
