Adding Links by a User

  1. On the Home page, click in the Links panel.
  2. Type the Description for the link.
  3. Type the fully qualified Link address including http:// or https:// at the beginning.
  4. Optionally enter a number to set the display Order for this record to appear in the Links panel.
  5. Click to save the record.​​
Links added by individual users can be edited or deleted at any time by the user by right-clicking on the Description in the Links panel.

Link Descriptions must be unique in the database across both personal links and links by role. Link URLs can be repeated with a different description.
