Changing the Picture on a Personnel record

  1. Look up the employee record to edit under Personnel > Personnel.
  2. Click at the top right of the personnel picture shown to remove the current image. Click OK to confirm.
  3. Click then choose the replacement image file.
  4. Click  to save the changed personnel record.

Pictures can also be imported provided the image file name exactly matches the personnel's Entity ID. Use Personnel Image on the Import Data page to add or change pictures.
