Issue / Return Cart tab on TH6 Mobile
This screen is is used to select items to be checked out or returned.
Main field displayed on this screen is:
Item ID | Scan or search, using the to browse by description, for the item to be used in the transaction. |
Once an item is selected, the following fields are displayed:
Description | Displays the description of the item. |
Item ID | Displays the Item ID of the item. |
Part Number | Displays the part number of the item(s) in the transaction. |
Qty | Displays the number of the item that will be processed in the transaction. |
Due Date | Enter the Due Date the item is expected to be returned. Applies only to transactions where the inventory is being checked out. |
Qty On Hand | Displays the number of the item that is still in stock that can be issued out followed by the Unit of Measure and Bin Shelf. |
Cost Code | Tap to select a cost code when the Job and Sub Job have been selected on the Home screen for the transactions. If a Cost Code has been selected on the Home screen, it can be overridden for the item ID on the row. |
