What does "NoMatch" when logging in on the Mobile app mean?
The error "NoMatch" when logging in on the Mobile app is caused by the ToolHound 6 Mobile app being updated to a newer version without updating your ToolHound server first. This can happen with On Premise systems.
To resolve this error, contact your IT personnel to update your ToolHound server to the most recent version. Refer to the update notice sent by email for instructions.
To prevent this happening in the future, turn off automatic updates to the ToolHound 6 Mobile app from the appropriate app store.
