Adding a Work Order Status
- Click Service in the left side menu bar and click Work Order Statuses.
- Click the on the edit toolbar to add a new record.
- Enter the unique Status description. The record will default to Active. The text Color Code will default to black but can be overridden.
- Select one of the available options to describe the status: Requested, Approved, Scheduled, On Hold, or Closed.
- Click to save the work order status record.
