Adding a Work Order Status

  1. Click Service in the left side menu bar and click Work Order Statuses.
  2. Click the on the edit toolbar to add a new record.
  3. Enter the unique Status description. The record will default to Active. The text Color Code will default to black but can be overridden.
  4. Select one of the available options to describe the status: Requested, Approved, Scheduled, On Hold, or Closed.
  5. Click  to save the work order status record.
