Changing the Contents of a Serialized Kit on TH6 Mobile

Edit a serialized kit to add or remove kit requirements, replenish consumables, or modify the quantity of non serialized items required in a kit, or to swap out kit contents by adding and removing kit contents.

Kits can only be edited or modified when they are in stock.
  1. Tap Inventory then tap Serialized Kits.
  2. Select the kit Item ID to edit. Either scroll through the list before tapping the row for the kit or filter the list by Part No before tapping the row for the kit. The Home tab for the kit will be displayed with the general information about the kit.
  3. Tap the Contents tab to view the Item ID, Required Quantity, and Quantity for each item and requirement in the kit.
  4. Make any required changes to kit contents.

To add a new item to the kit

  1. Type the item ID in Add Kit Content, or tap to scan or tap to search. The item ID, Part No, and Description are added in the grid below as being required for the kit. The Required Qty defaults to 1.
  2. Modify the Required Qty if required for non-serialized inventory. For serialized items, the Required Qty must be 1. The Balance will show the shortage.
  3. Move the inventory into the kit by entering the Quantity.

To remove an item from a kit and as a kit requirement

  1. Tap and hold on the row then swipe to the left.
  2. Tap to remove the row.

To change the quantity of a non-serialized item in a kit

  1. Enter the Quantity to be added into the kit by either typing the number or tapping the or to increase or decrease the number. This should equal the Required Qty providing there is sufficient inventory on hand.

To change the quantity of a non-serialized item required in a kit

  1. Modify the Required Qty either typing the new number or tapping the or to increase or decrease the number.
    If the Quantity currently in the kit is greater than the new Required Qty. first reduce the Quantity. It is not possible to have more than the Required Qty in a kit.
  1. Tap to save the changes to the kit.
