About Service Due

Service Due is part of the add-on Service module. It is used to generate batches of work orders for a specific stocking location with the same status and priority. The two types of tasks are handled separately:
Only items having service due but no associated open work order will be displayed.
Work Order generated using Service Due will have no flags. If you are using notifications, specify the Created event for these new work orders.
