Deleting a Payment Term

- Look up the payment term under Purchasing > Payment Terms.
- Select the Payment Term you wish to delete and click
in the edit tool bar. - Click OK on the confirmation message to delete. Clicking Cancel instead of OK will cancel the delete operation.
A payment term can not be deleted if it associated with vendors, purchase orders, or other documents. Consider making the payment term inactive to prevent its use.
