Required Inventory tab for Work Orders

The Required Inventory tab lists the tools and material required to complete the task. This information is supplied by the task and is read-only. If no tools or material have been assigned to the task, this list will be blank.​​

Required inventory is grouped first by Required Tools then by Required Material. For each group, the Part No, Description, and Qty required are listed.

When a work order is approved and personnel has been assigned to the work order, additional fields are displayed and it becomes possible to issue inventory directly from this tab. The transaction type used for these automatic issues is assigned in the stocking location's Settings.
