The Report Viewer is a new tab opened within ToolHound 6 to show the results of the report query when the View Report 
output option is selected. Use this preview to navigate through the entire report, save the report to PDF, or send it to the printer.
Options on the Viewer toolbar:
 | First Page: Move to the first page of the document. |
 | Previous Page: Move to the previous page in the document. |
X of Y | Displays the current page in the total number of pages for the report. To quickly move to a specific page number, type it in this box or use the dropdown arrow to select the page. |
 | Next Page: Move to the next page of the document. |
 | Last Page: Move to the last page of the document. |
 | Toggle Multipage Mode: View all pages of the document with scrolling. Default view is single page. |
 | Zoom Out: Zoom out to see more of the current page in the document. |
 | Zoom In: Zoom in to see a smaller portion of the page in the document. |
 | Print: Print the entire document. |
 | Print Page: Print the current page of the document. |
 | Export To: Export the document to PDF. To export to Excel, use  on the report output toolbar.Although other file formats are available, they do not provide the expected results as the exact layout of the report is overlaid in the destination file. |
 | Search: Search the document for text or information. |
 | Full Screen: View the document in full screen on the computer. Press Esc to return to normal view. |
