What are Supervisors?

Supervisors are the same as any other personnel (entity) record except they have the Supervisor option checked. This means that they can appear in the Supervisor dropdown list to be assigned to any other personnel record.
Supervisors can be assigned to other supervisors however to simplify any reporting, it's best practice to have a single level of supervisors.
To add a new supervisor, check the Supervisor box when adding a new personnel record.
To change the supervisor or assign a new supervisor on an existing personnel record, look up the personnel record then select the new supervisor from the list before saving the change.
To demote a supervisor, remove the Supervisor flag and save the change.
