About Requisitions on TH6 Mobile

​​Requisitions are requests for inventory by an entity (personnel or non-stocking location) from any stocking location. This feature is used to view open requisitions in advance of the date when the requisition will be picked and issued. It can also be used to create a requisition.

Fields on this screen include:

Requisition No

Displays the transaction requisition number

Required Date

Displays the date the requisition needs to be picked.

Reference

Displays any additional reference notes about the requisition.

Requested From

The stocking location to provide the inventory.

Requested By

The personnel or non-stocking location entity that requested the inventory.

Ready To Approve

This box will be checked if the requisition is ready to be approved. In this state, the requisition can still be modified in the browser.

Approved

This is checked if the requisition has been approved and is ready to be picked. Once a requisition is approved, it cannot be modified.
