Transaction History tab for Personnel
This tab lists all of the transactions related to the employee. To view the transaction history for a specific employee, look up the personnel record and select the Transaction History tab.
Outstanding issues for items checked out to the individual are highlighted in yellow. Items that are overdue are highlighted in red.
Fields on this tab include:
Location | The location in which the transaction took place. |
Date | The date the transaction took place. |
Due Date | The date the item is/was due to be returned. |
Item ID | The item ID of the inventory record. |
Part Number | The part number of the item. |
Description | Th description of the part number. |
Activity | The transaction type for this record. |
Status | The status of the item at the time of the transaction. |
Quantity | The quantity of the part number for the transaction. |
