Changing Rental Status - Transfer Rental

To change the rental status of a single item, see Changing the Status for an Item On Rent - Transfer Rental
  1. Click Transfer Rentals in the left side menu bar, then click Status Change.
  2. Select the Billing Location from the drop down list.
  3. Select the Renting Location from the drop down list.
  4. Optionally enter the Transfer No.
  5. Under the New Status section, select the Rental Status to be applied.
  6. Set the Rental Status Date and time for the new status to take effect. By default this is the current date and time.
Click to reset to the current date and time.
  1. Click to process the change. A window indicating the number of status changes is displayed. Click OK to finalized the status change or Cancel to stop the process.
