Adding a Service Request
- Click Service in the left side menu bar and click Service Requests.
- Click to add a new service request.
- Enter the Item ID requiring service. The item's Part Number, Description, and Serial Number will be displayed.
- Select Task that best describes the required service.
- Select the Priority and the Status.
- Type a description of the Problem that expands on the selected task.
- Click to save the service request. The Work Order No. will be assigned and the Created Date and Created By details will be populated.
