About Partial Billing - Transfer Rental

Partial Billing allows stocking points to apply accrued charges for items on rent to other stocking points according to their billing cycle.
Fields on this screen include:
Billing Location | Leave this blank to run the Partial Billing for all Billing Locations. Optionally select the stocking location charging for the inventory. This is usually the stocking location of origin on transfers unless inventory is being returned to the point of origin, such as a distribution warehouse. |
Renting Location | Leave this blank to run the Partial Billing for all Renting Locations. Optionally select the stocking location being billed. This is usually the destination on transfers. |
End Date | Select the end date for accrued charges. |
