About Partial Billing - Transfer Rental

Partial Billing is part of the add-on Transfer Rental module. Partial Billing is the process of calculating and applying charges at the end of a billing cycle accrued for inventory on rent from one stocking point to another.
To view these and other charges, run a report filtered by the applicable billing cycle dates to act as an invoice.

Fields on this screen include:
Billing Location | Leave this blank to run the Partial Billing for all Billing Locations. Optionally select the stocking location charging for the inventory. This is usually the stocking location of origin on transfers unless inventory is being returned to the point of origin, such as a distribution warehouse. |
Renting Location | Leave this blank to run the Partial Billing for all Renting Locations. Optionally select the stocking location being billed. This is usually the destination on transfers. |
End Date | Select the end date to use for the calculation for accrued charges, usually equivalent to the end of your billing cycle. For monthly billing cycles, this will be the last day of the month at 11:59:59 PM |
