Discrepancies tab for Counts

The Discrepancies tab is displayed only for open "in progress" counts that have not yet been closed. These discrepancies are summarized to the part number where the Expected Quantity and Quantity Counted are not equal. Uncounted items are not included. These numbers do not represent the final reconciled inventory as quantities are not updated until a count is closed.

For Count By Entity count types, these discrepancies refer to the differences between the Expected or Issued Quantity and Quantity Counted found in the possession of the entity (personnel or non-stocking location).

When switching back and forth between tabs while doing data entry, if not all discrepancies are shown on the page, clear the page then lookup the count again.
To adjust the discrepancies, return to the Counted tab and make any required changes.
