Adding a Failure Code

- Click Service in the left side menu bar and click Failure Codes.
- Click
to add a new failure code. - Enter a unique Failure Code name of up to 50 characters.
- Optionally select a Color Code from the colour selector popup to assign the text colour for this failure code. The default text colour is black.
- Click
to save the failure code.
