Catalog tab for Create Purchase Requisitions

The catalog displays all part numbers within the visibility for the selected stocking location from which to build the purchase requisition and uses a shopping cart style method.
Fields on this tab include:
Include Image | Toggle on or off the the picture associated with the part number. |
Part Number | Displays the part number. |
Part Description | Displays the description of an item. |
Quantity on Hand | Displays the current quantity of the part number. Read Only. |
Unit of Measure | Select the item Unit of Measure from the drop down list. |
Quantity | Enter the requested quantity. |
Selected | Once an item has been entered, a check will appear indicating the item has been added to the Selected Items tab. |
To select parts to order, the following search/catalog options are available:
Description | Enter a full or part description of a part number to search the entire inventory. Results will display on the right. |
Part Number | Enter a part number to search the inventory. The results will display on the right. |
Categories | Navigate through the categories, and optionally subcategories, to find the items to add. Results will display on the right. |
