Request tab for Work Orders

The Request tab is only displayed when the work order originated from a Service Request.
Fields on this tab are populated from the originating Service Request and are not editable.
Contact | Displays the name of the user who created the service request. |
Telephone | Displays the current work phone for the user who created the service request. |
Task | Displays the service task selected on the service request. |
Problem | Displays a description of the problem with the item as entered on the service request. |
Requested Date | Displays the date the service request was created. |
Displays the current email address for the user who created the service request. |
