Request tab for Work Orders

The Request tab is only displayed when the work order originated from a Service Request.

Fields on this tab are populated from the originating Service Request and are not editable.

Contact

Displays the name of the user who created the service request.

Telephone

Displays the current work phone for the user who created the service request.

Task

Displays the service task selected on the service request.

Problem

Displays a description of the problem with the item as entered on the service request.

Requested Date

Displays the date the service request was created.

Email

Displays the current email address for the user who created the service request.
