Adding a Task

  1. Click Service in the left side menu bar and click Tasks.
  2. Click to add a new record.
  3. Enter minimum required information of Task, Visibility Location, Task Type, Work Order Type and Meter.
  4. Add any Instructions, if needed.
  5. Add any Required Material and/or Required Tools, needed to carry out the task that are carried as part of your inventory.
  6. If applicable, add one ore more tasks to the Supersede List. These tasks will be updated at the same time as the main task.
  7. Click to save the entries.​​
