Adding a Task

  1. Click Service in the left side menu bar and click Tasks.
  2. Click to add a new record.
  3. Enter information in the fields (listed in the table below). The minimum required information is Task, Visibility Location, Task Type, Work Order Type and Meter.
  4. Add any Instructions, if needed.
  5. Add any Required Material and/or Required Tools, if needed.
  6. Add a task to the Supersede List, if needed.
  7. Click to save the entries.​​
