Deleting a Task

Tasks can only be deleted if they have not been used for work orders and not attached to Part Numbers or Serialized Items as Service Requirements. To discontinue use of a task, it is best to edit the task to make it inactive.
  1. Click Service > Tasks.
  2. Look up the task.
  3. Click in the edit tool bar.
  4. Click OK to delete or click Cancel to stop the operation.​​
