About Work Order Statuses

Updated by Cheryl Wallace

This feature helps you to define a status with different states and the associated inventory status that will be applied to the work orders. The five available statuses are Requested, Approved, Scheduled, On Hold and Closed. Each status can have only one state selected. As the work order status changes the inventory status of the item on the work order can be updated if defined as part of the work order status. An inventory status must be defined before they can be assigned to a work order status.
