Creating a Transfer on TH6 Mobile

  1. Tap Locations then tap Transfer.
  2. Enter the general identifying information for the transfer on the Home tab. The From Location will automatically be populated with the stocking point selected at login and the Inventory Status will default to In Transit.
    1. Select the To Location stocking point where the inventory will be transferred.
    2. If necessary, override the dates by deselecting Use Current Date? or Billing Date Same as Transfer Date? which are both checked by default.
    3. If necessary, override the Inventory Status to be assigned to inventory prior to arriving at the To Location.
    4. Optionally select the Transfer Type. Basic transaction types are Issue (to send inventory out) and Return (for items being brought back). Other transaction types might be available for your organization for specific purposes.
    5. Add a Reference, cost coding, or any additional information on the screen if needed.
  3. Tap to view the Cart.
  4. Enter each item ID being transferred.
    1. Type or tap to scan an Item ID. Use to search if the ID is not known. The Item ID will be transferred to the grid below. The Part Number, QOH, and Bin will be displayed. The Transfer Qty will default to 1.
    2. For non-serialized items, tap in the Transfer Qty field to increase the quantity. Type a number or tap or to increase or decrease the amount in increments of 1.
    To delete an item in the list, tap and hold the item and swipe to the left. Tap to remove the item. To delete the entire list, tap on the top right of the screen.
  5. Tap to view the Notes tab. Shipping Instructions or any additional Notes regarding the transfer can be added. Tap to return to the Cart tab.
  6. Tap to process the requisition.
