About Delivery Signature on TH6 Mobile

Delivery Signature is used to capture or record a signature for a transaction that has already taken place. This feature is useful if it is not possible to capture a signature when the transaction is created due to time, distance, or workflow.
Some scenarios where you might want to capture a delivery signature:
- The transaction is created in the shop and signature will be recorded at the site where the inventory is delivered.
- A transaction is created on TH6 Mobile but the transaction is saved before capturing the signature.
- A signature is required on the transaction by the entity taking possession of the inventory but transactions are created in the browser where no signature capture is possible.
View captured signatures on the Transactions page in the browser or by printing the Transaction Receipt.
