Canceling a Requisition

A transaction requisition (pick ticket) can be cancelled at any point prior to being fully picked. Any transactions created prior to the cancellation will not be affected.

If a single line on the requisition is to be removed or cancelled, this line can be closed even if the requisition is approved. Click Closed to the right of the row on the Details tab and Save the change to the requisition. This prevents cancelling an entire requisition if there has been a change once the requisition document is created. If closing one or more line items leaves nothing to be received on the requisition, the requisition will be closed.
  1. Look up the requisition to cancel under Transactions > Requisitions.
  2. Check Cancelled. The Cancelled Date is updated with today's date and Cancelled User are updated with the currently logged in user.
  3. Click to complete the cancellation of the requisition.
Once cancelled, a requisition cannot be reinstated.
