Now that all data has been entered and your ToolHound system has been configured to function best for your organization, review this final checklist.
- Inventory labelled.
- All bins & shelves for non-serialized inventory have inventory bar codes
- All serialized inventory is barcoded.
- Logins.
- All users know the web site address.
- All users have their login information (company alias, user name, password)
- Hardware
- Wedge scanners are installed.
- All devices accessing the ToolHound 6 Mobile app
- can access WIFI
- have the app installed from the App/Play Store or a downloaded Android APK
- have the app configured with the server and company alias
- If the ToolHound 6 Kiosk is licensed,
- Verify the Kiosk machines can log into your ToolHound database.
- Configure the dedicated Kiosk user in the Settings and review the other options.
- Supplemental training scheduled
- Inventory quantities for non-serialized inventory if not done previously (adjustments or physical inventory)
- Account for outstanding inventory. Either everything is recalled to await reissue or import validated outstanding inventory.
