Looking up On Rent Items - Transfer Rental

  1. Click Transfer Rentals on the left side menu bar, then click Transfer On Rent.
  2. Enter data in one or more fields as a pre-filter then click on the edit tool bar. A list of items on rent matching the criteria is displayed in a pop-up window.
  3. Optionally enter the additional text in the Search box on the top right of the grid to further narrow down the results.
  4. Click any column header to sort the records in ascending/descending order based on grid header.
  5. Click on a record to display its details. The Transfer On Rent detail screen will be loaded with filter tools in the edit menu. These filter tools help you to navigate through all your searches in sequence.
