Editing Custom Picklists

Custom picklists can be modified when they are in use. However, lookup values that are in use cannot be deleted.

  1. Lookup the picklist to be edited under Utilities > Custom Picklists.
  2. Make the required changes.
  • Modify the Name.
  • Add a new Lookup Value to the list by click at the top left of the grid to add a new blank row. Type the Value and Code.
  • Make a list item unavailable for use by removing the check in the Active column.
  • Remove an unused Lookup Value from the list by clicking to the left of the row.
  1. Click  to save the record.
