Change Captions or Labels

Change the captions, or labels, on any page to match the terminology used in your organization quickly and easily. The new caption will be updated across ToolHound 6 including on reports.

To change a caption,

  1. Open any page where the caption appears.
  2. Double-click on the caption.
  3. Type the new caption in the text field on the popup window.
  4. Click Save Changes.

The Admin user and all users who's role has Edit Labels enabled can change captions.

A user having a role with Edit Labels selected but without permissions for Menu Captions will be able to edit field captions but not menu or menu option (page) captions.
