Picking a Requisition on TH6 Mobile
- Tap Transactions then tap Pick Requisition.
- Select the Requisition No to pick. Either type the Requisition No on the top row of the screen or scroll through the list before tapping the row for the requisition. The Home tab for the requisition to pick will be displayed with the general information about the requisition. This data cannot be modified.
- Tap the Requested tab to view list of part numbers and quantities to pick. By default Use Current Date and Time and Billing Date Same as Transaction Date/Time will be selected. To override either option, uncheck the box and add the desired date and time.
- Pick the inventory to issue.
- Optionally tap to fully pick all non-serialized items, adding all consumables, bulk, and non-stock items in the required quantities to the grid.
- Pick each item ID for the requisition.
- Enter the Item IDs for each part number listed. Alternatively, tap the row to display the part number detail then enter or scan the Item ID.
- Enter the Quantity Picked for non-serialized parts when the part number detail is displayed. Tap then tap to return to the Requested tab.
Serialized items will default to a quantity of 1.- If necessary, substitute a part number with another if there is insufficient quantity on hand.
- Tap the row to display the part number detail then enter or scan the Item ID for the substitute.
- Tap Yes on the confirmation message.
- Enter the Quantity Picked for non-serialized items.
- If none of the original part number for a non-serialized item will be picked, tap the row for the item ID for the requested part number and swipe left. Tap Delete.
- Tap then tap to return to the Requested tab.
- Tap the Notes tab to add any comments to this transaction.
- Tap the Picked tab to review the items picked.
- Tap . Tap Yes on the confirmation to process the transaction.
