Adding Cost Codes to Sub Jobs

To link a cost code to a sub job, the cost code must already exist. Cost codes are optional.
Cost Codes can only be attached to sub jobs. If you are only using a single level of jobs, consider either duplicating each job as its own sub job or grouping everything under a single top-level job.
- Click Utilities in the left side menu bar, then click Jobs.
- Click
to expand the display the list of sub jobs for the Job Number. - Click
to the right the Sub Job Number. - Select a Cost Code from the drop down list.
- Click
to save the entry.
