Picking a Transfer Request on TH6 Mobile

  1. Tap Locations then tap Pick Request.
  2. Select the transfer request to pick. Either type the Transfer Request No on the top row of the screen or scroll through the list the before tapping the row for the request. The Home tab for the request to pick will be displayed with the general information about the request. By default, Use Current Date and Billing Date Same as Transfer Date will be selected.
    1. Review the transfer date and Inventory Status to be used, making any required changes.
    2. Add a Transfer Type if in use.
    3. Review the Billing Location and billing date, making any required changes.
  3. Tap the Requested tab to view list of part numbers and quantities to pick.
  4. Pick the inventory to transfer.
    1. Optionally tap to fully pick all non-serialized items, adding all consumables, bulk, and non-stock items in the required quantities to the grid.
    2. Pick each item ID for the request.
      1. Enter the Item IDs for each part number to be transferred. Alternatively, tap the row to display the part number detail then enter or scan the Item ID.
      2. Enter the Quantity Picked for non-serialized parts when the part number detail is displayed. Serialized items will default to a quantity of 1.
      3. If in use, enter the Container No in which the inventory is placed for shipping.
      4. Tap then tap to return to the Requested tab.
      Serialized items will default to a quantity of 1.
      1. If necessary, substitute a part number with another if there is insufficient quantity on hand.
        1. Tap the row to display the part number detail then enter or scan the Item ID for the substitute.
        2. Tap Yes on the confirmation message.
        3. Enter the Quantity Picked for non-serialized items.
        4. If in use, enter the Container No in which the inventory is placed for shipping.
        5. If none of the original part number for a non-serialized item will be picked, tap the row for the item ID for the requested part number and swipe left. Tap Delete.
        6. Tap then tap to return to the Requested tab.
    Items not on the request cannot be included. Create a separate transfer for additional materials or equipment to be shipped.
  5. Tap the Picked tab to review the items picked. Make any required changes.
Tapping  will clear the entire request cart.
  1. Tap . Tap Yes on the confirmation message to proceed. The transfer number will be displayed.
