The available Location reports are listed alphabetically below. Most frequently used reports are in bold.
Location Bar Codes | Displays a list of bar codes that can be printed and used for scanning locations. Designed to fit Avery 5160 labels. |
Location QR Codes | Displays a list of QR codes that can be printed and used for scanning locations. Designed to fit Avery 5160 labels. |
Locations | Displays a list of all stocking and non-stocking locations that have been entered into the system. Columns on this report: Entity ID, Location Name, Description, LocationName. |
Lost in Transit | Displays a list of items that have been recoreded as lost in transit on a transfer. Columns on this report: Lost In Transit No, First Name, Last Name, Created Date, From Location, To Location, Transfer No, Transfer Date, Item ID, Part No, Description, Transfer Qty, Lost Qty. |
Packing Slip | Displays a packing slip with details for each transfer. The container will be included on the Packing Slip when printed. If there are multiple containers on the transfer, a separate page will be printed for each container. Columns on this report: Transfer No, From Location, Address, City, To Location, Address, City, Billing Location, Transfer Date, Shipping Instructions, Notes, Job, Subjob, Cost Code, Item ID, Part No, Description, Transfer Qty, Received Qty, Lost Qty, Transit Qty, Container No, Cost, Serial Number, Abbreviation, Kit. |
Transfer Receipts | Displays a list of receipts for transfers that have been completed. Columns on this report: Transfer Receipt No, Created Date, User, Transfer No, From Location, To Location, Transfert Date, Item ID, Serial Number, Part No, Description, Received Qty. |
Transfer Requests | Displays a list of transfer requests that have been created. Columns on this report: Transfer Request No, From Location, To Location, Required Date, Part No, Description, Quantity Required, Quantity Transferred, Balance, Qty On Hand. |
Transfer Request Back Order | Displays a list of transfer requests that are not fully fulfilled. Columns on this report: Transfer Request No, From Location, To Location, Required Date, Part No, Description, Quantity Required, Quantity Transferred, Balance. |
Transfer Types | Displays a list of transfer types that have been entered into the system. Columns on this report include: Transfer Type, Active. |
Transfers | Displays a list of transfers and the tools that were transferred. Columns on this report: Transfer No, From Location, To Location, Billing Location, Transfer Date, Transfer Tu[e. Created User, Job Number, Sub Job, Cost Code, item ID, Part No, Description, Transfer Qty, Received Qty, Lost Qty, Cancelled. |
