About the Data Toolbar

The toolbar is displayed in the upper right side of all pages and may contain the following icons (depending on the tab):

Show All: Used on the Jobs page. By default only active jobs and sub jobs are lists. Click to toggle the display of active and inactive records.

Show Active Only: Used on the Jobs page. By default only active jobs and sub jobs are lists. Click to toggle the display of only active records.

Email: Click to email the report associated with the page for the displayed data. For example, on the Purchase Requisitions page, email the purchase requisition. The email address of the current user is entered by default but can be changed or additional email addresses added. Multiple email addresses can be entered separated by a comma. Hotkey = ALT+M

Print: Click to print the report associated with the page's data. Hotkey = ALT+P

Attachment: Click to add a file, link, or comments to a record. Hotkey = ALT+A

First: Click to move to the first record when working with a filtered set of search results. Hotkey = ALT+1

Previous: Click to move to the previous record when working with a filtered set of search results. Hotkey = ALT+2

List: Click to open the list of records when working with a filtered set of search results. Hotkey = ALT+L

Next: Click to move to the next record when working with a filtered set of search results. Hotkey = ALT+9

Last: Click to move to the last record on the list when working with a filtered set of search results. Hotkey = ALT+0

Refresh: Click to reload the current page. Hotkey = ALT+R

Repeat: Click to copy the current record and make any changes. Hotkey = ALT+C

Create: Click to create a new record. Hotkey = ALT+N

Save: Click to save the current record. Hotkey = ALT+S

Delete: Click to delete the record. Hotkey = ALT+X

Clear: Click to clear the page. Hotkey = ALT+Z

Search: Click to search existing records. Hotkey = ALT+L

  • Pre-filter the search by entering values in the page before searching. Further narrow the results by typing in the Search box in the Results window.
  • For lists, clicking Search will display a filter row at the top of the page. Type search values in this row.
To search on a single basic text field, you can also press Enter.
To search for an exact match on IDs and part numbers, preface the search text with =. Example: =MAC240
The icons displayed on the tool bar depends upon the module, the current mode (search, add, etc.), and the user's permissions as defined by their role.
