Receive Transfers is used to receive inventory in transit at the destination stocking location. Transfers can originate as transfer requests or transfers.
The General tab for Receive Transfer is displayed when the page is opened and lists the information from the transfer being received.
Fields on this screen include:
Transfer No | Displays the transfer number associated with the transfer. Read only. |
From Location | The location where the transfer came from as created in the original transfer. Read Only. |
Transfer Notes | Displays any notes of the selected transfer as created in the original transfer. Read Only. |
Use Current Date and Time | Selected by default. Un-check this box to specify a date and time other than the current one for the transfer. |
Received Date | Displayed only when Use Current Date and Time is not selected. |
Time | Displayed only when Use Current Date and Time is not selected. |
Notes | Add any notes additional notes related to the receipt of the transfer such as the state of the transfer. |
Transfer Date | Displays the date of the transfer. Read Only. |
To Location | The location where the transfer is going. Read Only. |
The Details tab contains the list of items on the transfer with the quantities.
