Using Forgot / Reset Password

Watch this video walkthrough of a user resetting their forgotten password and changing their password.
  1. Click Forgot / Reset Password on the login page in the browser or THM6.
  2. Enter the Company and User Name.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Check the email account for the user for the password reset link.
  5. Click on the link in the email.
  6. Enter the new password. Confirm password. Click Save.
  7. Click the link to go to the log in screen.
If no email address is associated with the account, or if the other login credentials are forgotten, contact the ToolHound administrator at your organization to regain access.
To reset the password for the ToolHound administrator, either use this function or contact Support.
