About Transfer on TH6 Mobile

Transfers are the movement of inventory from one stocking location, project or project stocking location to another. This feature is used to create a transfer.

Fields on the Home screen include:

Use Current Date?

Uncheck the box to back date a transfer.

From Location

Select the original location that item(s) will be moved from. By default, the stocking location chosen at log in will be populated automatically.

To Location

Select the location the item(s) will be moving to.

Billing Location

Select the location that will be billed for the transfer. Will only appear if the Transfer Billing module is installed.

Billing Date

Select the date for the transfer to be billed, if needed. By default, the current date will be populated. Will only appear if the Transfer Billing module is installed.

Inventory Status

Select a status for the items in the transfer. By default, In Transit will be displayed.

Transfer Type

Select a transfer type, if needed. Transfer Types are created in the browser.

Reference

Enter a reference for the transfer, if needed.

Job Number

Enter a job number, if required.

Sub Job Number

Enter a sub job number, if required.

Cost Code Number

Enter a cost code number, if required.
