About Unapprove Transfer Request

Unapprove Transfer Request is used to allow editing of any transfer request that is not cancelled, or closed (either manually or by fully picking the request to generate transfers). An unpicked or partially picked transfer request can be unapproved. Any linked transfers for partially picked requests will be left untouched and available to receive.
Unapproving a Transfer Request
- removes the Approved and Ready to Approve flags on the transfer request
- removes any Approver records on the Approvals tab if approval processes are in use
- allows the PO requisition to be edited
- keeps any Closed line items as is
- does not change the On Transfer Request, In Transit Inbound, or In Transit Outbound quantities
