Enhancement Highlights
- Notifications - add "Created" notification for Transfer Requests and Transaction Requisitions
- Home - added Favorites feature to display favorite menu options on home page. Right click on menu to "Add to Favorites"
- Issue / Return - display Transaction No of last transaction created at the top left of the page
