Updating an Existing Count on TH6 Mobile

Use this option to work a count that was created previously. This is useful when the count cannot be done at one go, or when you are interrupted by another task, or when multiple people are working on the same count.

  1. Tap Inventory then tap Count.
  2. Tap the row for the existing Count you wish to continue.
Depending on the type of count, you might or might not have a list of item IDs to count.
  1. Enter quantity for each Item ID you wish to count:
    1. Enter the Item ID of the item to be counted or find it in the list. If the ID is unknown, tap the to search by description. If using barcodes or RFID, tap to scan.
    2. Tap or to adjust the number in the count or tap in the number box to manually type in the count number for the item.
  2. Repeat step 1 for each item to be counted.
Once an item ID row has been added to the count, you can mark the item ID as uncounted, set the quantity counted for the item ID explicitly to 0, or delete the item ID from the count entirely. Tap and hold on the row then swipe to the left before selecting the desired option: Clear, Zero Count, or Delete.
  1. Tap to save the count.
To delete all the items counted, tap at the top right of the screen.
